乳腺癌病人手术前后几项免疫指标变化的临床意义

Clinical significance of changes of some immune indexes in the patients with breast cancer before and after operation

本研究采用免疫学方法对７０例乳腺癌、２４例乳腺良性疾病、３０例健康成人进行ＮＫ活性、ＩＬ－２、ＬＴＴ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ等项免疫指标的测定。结果表明：乳腺癌患者手术前ＮＫ活性、ＩＬ一２、ＬＴＴ明显低于正常对照组及良性疾病组。术后１周，３项指标进一步降低，术后第４周恢复至正常水平，术后复发者，３项指标又降低。ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ术前明显高于正常人，术后第４周降至正常水平，术后复发者，二者又升高。提示：机体免疫功能的变化与乳腺癌的发生、发展有密切相关性。

The levels of NK vitality,IL-2.LTT,IgG,IgA were measured by immune method in70 patients with breast cancer and 24 patients with henign breast disease and 30 healthy individuals,The result showed that the levels of NK vitality, IL-2 and LTT in Datients with breast cancer weresignificantly lower than those in control group and benign breast disease group before operation,andthey disthcttly decreased in the first week after operation and increased to the normal in the fourthweek after operation,The three indexes decreased again in the patients with breast cancer recurrence.The levels of IgG and IgA in the patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those incontrol group before operation,and they decreased to the normal in the fourth week after operationand increased again if the breast recurrence happened.These results suggested that there was close re-lationship between body immune function and the development of breast cancer.
