食管静脉曲张出血的内镜结扎术

Ligation of hemorrhage of esophageal varices by endoscope

作者报道了１０例经内镜行食管静脉环状结扎术治疗的食管静脉曲张出血（ＥＶＨ），结果显示：有效率为１００％，显效率为６０％。证明此法安全、有效、简单易行、术后并发症少，是治疗和预防ＥＶＨ的有效方法。

Ten patients with hemorrhage of esophageal varices HEV)were treated by endo-scope using ligation of esophageal varice,which is based on the principle of internal hemorrhoid liga-tion.The esophageal varices veins were accurately ligated with a rubber ring by means of the aid of standard gastroscope,The results showed that the effective rate was 100%,the remarkably effectiverate being 60%,It is proved that the ligation was safe,simple, practicable and effective in the treat-ment and prevention of HEV,and there was less complications after operation.
