摘要
介绍了聚酯废弃物的回收再生方法及技术,重点阐述了日本帝人公司聚酯瓶到瓶、瓶到纤维、纤维到纤维的新原料回收再生技术。指出新原料回收再生法是开发的新方向,技术开发的关键是对苯二甲酸二甲酯。并对我国聚酯废弃物的回收提出了建议:应加强聚酯废弃物的回收再生的研发,重点在于开发化学解聚技术,建立相应法规及机制,实现聚酯废弃物完全循环化学回收。
The technologies for polyester waste recycle were introduced, particularly the recovery technology for polyester wastes from bottle to bottle, from bottle to fiber and from fiber to fiber developed by Teijin Co. , Ltd. Japan. It was pointed out that this recovery technology should be the developing trend, Dimethyl terephthalate should be the focus of technological development. Some proposals were put forward about China polyester waste recycle, The development of polyester waste recycle technology should be stimulated and be focused on the technology of chemical depolymerization. The relevant law and systems should be established in aim of the implement of the complete polyester waste recycle.
