摘要
目的:了解本地区20岁以上健康人群血脂水平与饮食结构、年龄及性别的关系。方法:用随机抽样方法,抽取开封市20岁以上社区健康居民2734人,进行问卷调查并检测血脂水平。结果:血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)随年龄而增高,但男女之间增加幅度并不平行;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)随年龄变化不明显。血脂水平的变化与饮食结构的改变有关。结论:倡导合理的饮食结构,坚持体育锻炼,以降低高脂血症,预防心脑血管疾病的发生。
Objective: To learn the relationship between the blood fat level and age, sex, dietary constitutes. Methods: 2734 residents who were over 20 years old were sampled by random sampling method, and were investigated by questionnaire and their blood fat were detected at the same time. Results: TC, TG and LDL - C tended to increase with increasing age, but the increased levels were different between the female and the male. HDL - C didn. t obviously increased with age. The change of blood fat levels had something to do with the change of the dietary constitutes. Conclusion: The residents should have optimal intake of diet and develop good living and diet habits, strengthen physical training, in order to reduce the incidence of hyperlipemia and prevent cerebral and cardiac blood - vascular diseases.
