摘要 目的:优选肝宁胶囊的提取工艺。方法:川芎、公英先于80℃热水保温浸泡1h,再与大黄一起,利用正交试验法,考察100℃水浴煎煮时间、加水量、煎煮次数三因素、三水平对提取工艺的影响;以大黄素、大黄酚为考察指标,用反相高效液相色谱法测定各指标含量。结果:结合大黄素、结合大黄酚总量的最佳提取工艺为100℃水浴煎煮15m in、加水量12倍、煎煮2次,其中100℃水浴煎煮时间对结合大黄素、结合大黄酚的总量有非常显著性影响,加水量对其有显著性影响,煎煮次数影响不显著。结论:退黄胶囊的最佳提取工艺为川芎、公英先于80℃热水保温浸泡1h,再与大黄一起,100℃水浴煎煮15m in,加水量为12倍,煎煮2次。 Objective: To find out the optimum extraction process for Gan - ning Capsule. Methods: Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Herba Taraxaci were put into water of 80℃ and soaked for one hour, then mixed with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Artemisia Capillaris. The three factors and three levels orthogonal designs - boiling time, amount of water and boiling times at 100℃ - were determined whether they have some influence on the extraction process. Combined chrysophanol and combined emodin as the assessment index, HPLC was used to measure their contents. Results: The more effective way to extract combined emodin and combined chrysophanol was boiling for twice, 15 minutes each time with 12 times amount of water. Boiling time at 100℃ affected them significantly while the boiling times had no obvious effect. The more effective way to extract ferulic acid was boiling for three times, 20 minutes each time with 12 times amount of water. Conclusion: Conclusion: The optilnum extraction process for Gan - ningCapsule is making Rhizoma Lignsticum Chuanxiong and Herba Taraxaci together in water of 100℃ for one hour, then boiling with Artemisia Capillafis and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei for twice, 15 minutes each time with 12 times amount of water at 100℃.
