住院儿童甲、乙、丙型病毒性肝炎的发病分析

Study on hepatitis A,B and C of in-childpatients

作者对７６３例住院患儿甲、乙、丙三型肝炎病毒感染情况进行了调查。调查结果：ＨＡＶ、ＨＢＶ、ＨＣＶ感染率分别为１９．８％、６．０％、１．６％，３种肝炎病毒总感染率２７．４％，单纯抗－ＨＢｓ阳性１１４例，占１４．９％。

In this paper,We investigated the virus infection of hepatitis A,B and C in 763 childpatients in hospital from l993 to l994 in Changchun area. The result showed that the infectious ratewas l9.8%(151/763),6.0%(46/763),and l.6%(12/763) for HAV,HBV and HCV. The total in-fectious rate of the 3 kinds of hepatitis viruses was 27.4%(209/763).Because of the acquired immu-nity by injecting hepatitis B vaccine,the positive cases of single HBsAg infection was ll4 which was14.9%of the whole.
