糖尿病肾病与瘦素水平相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Diabetic Nephropathy and Leptin Level

目的探讨河南省汉族糖尿病肾病患者与血清瘦素水平是否关联。方法在河南省汉族人群选择180例糖尿病肾病患者;76例健康献血者,用放射免疫分析技术测定了血清瘦素水平。对尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数等的临床指标进行了检测。结果河南省汉族糖尿病肾病患者血清瘦素水平与正常人群的血清瘦素水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论瘦素在河南省汉族糖尿病肾病患者中可能不是主要致病原因。瘦素水平与体重指数呈正相关。

Objective To investigate whether diabetes mellitus nephron （DN） in the Han nationality in Henan is associated with leptin. Methods 180 patients with diabetes mellitus nephron and 76 healthy were measured by radioimmunoassay. OGTY, plasma hemoglobin A1e （HbA1e）and body mass indepeoplex（BMI） were also measured. Results There was no significant difference for leptin levels between 180 patients with diabetes mellitus nephron and 102 healthy controls（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Leptin didnt play an important role in the diabetes mellitus nephron. The results also indicated that leptin was closely correlated with BMI.
