茎突综合征的影像技术检查

Affiliation of Imaging Examination Technology in Styloid Process Syndrome

目的探讨茎突的影像技术检查方法。方法收集50例临床疑有茎突过长的患者,20例行茎突X线平片体层摄影,30例直接行螺旋CT横断和冠状位及3D重建。结果20例行X线平片摄影患者中,能很好测量茎突走行并清晰诊断的有9例,余11例因显示不清继续行螺旋CT检查。41例行螺旋CT检查,全部茎突均可双侧显示且在同一层面者32例。部分显示者6例,未显示者3例合并颞骨未发育。结论螺旋CT及3D重建是清楚诊断茎突综合征的最佳技术方法。

Objective To study imaging examination methods for styloid process. Methods Collect 50 patients suspect with styloid enlongation ,20 case shave x -ray imaging and 30 cases have 3 D reconstruction images with axial and coronal scan of styloid process in spiral CT directly. Results 9 cases in 20 with x -ray imaging can display styloid process and diagnose clearly, the other 11 cases followed with spiral CT because of unclearly. 32 cases of 41 with spiral CT can display both side of sty- loid process in the same section , 6 cases partly display and 3 cases can not be displayed because of temporal bone hypoplastic. Conclusion Spiral CT scan 3 D reconstruction is the best method in diagnosing styloid process syndrome .
