摘要
目的创建一种用于腰椎间盘退变的相关研究的动物模型。方法随机选取32只 SD大鼠,分为实验组和对照组,每组16只SD大鼠。采用手术方法以L3为中心切除棘突、关节突、棘上棘间韧带,切断双侧竖棘肌。对照组仅切开皮肤后即缝合。结果术后分别于1、2、3个月行 X线及MRI检查,对照组无明显改变,而实验组在X线上表现为脊柱椎体不稳、椎间隙变窄,软骨终板钙化。MRI检查显示,实验组于术后2、3个月时T2信号明显降低。结论本方法经济、有效,是研究腰椎间盘退变的较理想的动物模型。
Objective To design a degenerative disc animal model for the study on the intervertebral disc. Methods Thirty-two SD rats were divided into two guoups ( n = 16 in each group). In the experimental group, an incision was made through the posterior approach along spinous process and the erector spinal muscle, the supraspinal and interspinal ligament and the posterior of the zygapophysial joint at the center of the third lumbar spine were resected. In the control group, only incision was made prior to suture. All the rats were bred in standard circumstance, and examined one, two and three months after the operation respectively by X ray and MRI. Results There is no special radiological characterization after operation in control group, and lumbar intervertebral spaces stenosis, vertebral bodies unstability and cartilage endplates were calcified exist in the experimental group. It was obserbved in MRI that T2 signal values decreased with a significant difference in the two and three month. Conclusion This method of developing the animal model of disc degeneration is economical and effected, it offers model to study the mechanism of lumbar intervertebral disc degenerative.
