可降解外套管对自体移植静脉基质金属蛋白酶-2,9表达的影响 被引量：3

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）-2和-9与平滑肌细胞（SMC）的增殖和迁移关系密切。本研究旨在观察可降解材料聚乳酸．聚乙醇酸（PLGA）外套管降解前后对自体移植静脉（AVG）内膜和MMP-2和-9表达的影响，探讨可降解外套管减轻AVG内膜增生的生物学机制。
