针对交通运输业的车辆管理需求,提供了一种基于GPRS和DGPS技术的车辆管理方案,管理中心可获取移动站的运动状态和位置信息,实现对移动站的实时管理.经过仿真试验,相对于基于传统通信方式的方案,该方案具有定位精度高、通信覆盖范围广、成本低廉等优点.

To realize the vehicle management function needed by transportation, this paper presents a solution for vehicle management system based on DGPS technology and GPRS network, which makes it possible for vehicle management office to obtain the real-time position information of rovers. Compared with solutions based on traditional communication mode, this one prevails with the better positioning precision and accuracy, larger communication covering area and lower cost.
