摘要
应用离体大鼠心脏Langendorf灌流全心缺血模型,研究缺血预处理(IP)的抗心律失常作用及其作用的持续时间。发现IP可降低自搏心脏和人工起搏心脏的心率失常发生率及严重程度,并引起心室颤动阈的升高;IP对随后的缺血-再灌过程中室性频率的改变无改善作用。IP对心脏的保护作用在增加IP期间的灌流过程到30min时已基本消失。提示在离体大鼠心脏,IP对心肌具有保护作用。
In order to determine the antiarrhythmic effect and the cardioprotective duration of ischemic preconditioning(IP),the model of global ischemia of the isolated rat heart was used.It was found that after IP,the occurrence and severity of arrhythmias in the spontaneously beating and artificially pacing hearts decreased and the ventricular fibrillation threshold increased.There was no significant effect of IP on the ventricular rate during sustained ischemia-reperfusion episode.The beneficial effect of IP was lost after increasing the period of preconditioning reperfusion by as little as 30minutes.These results suggested that the cardioprotective effect of IP was short-lived in the isolated rat heart.
