抗战时期的桂林是难民最集中的城市之一,也是难民悲惨命运的见证及承载者。为了安置及救济难民,政府和社会各界采取了许多措施,付出了沉重的代价。这种代价是构成桂林战争损失的重要因素。

In the Anti-Japanese War Phase, Guilin is one of the most concentrating cities where the refugee lived, so it became the witness of their miserable life in war time. In order to settle and relieving the refugees, the government and all social groups of Guilin took a series of measure, and consequently pay a high price for it. This price also became one of the factors leading to the loss of the Anti-Japanese War in Guilin.
