肾神经对胆管结扎大鼠钠代谢的作用

摘要 将动物分成4组:假手术(SO)组;单纯肾神经去除(DNX)组;单纯胆管结扎(CBDL)组以及CBDL+DNX组。术后16天,观察各组血浆肾素活性(PRA)及肾对钠代谢的作用。结果发现,与SO组相比,DNX组各指标无显著变化,CBDL鼠PRA显著升高,CBDL组钠代谢呈显著正平衡(67.2±24.3%),显著高于其它组(P<0.001),而CBDL+DNX鼠钠代谢无显著变化。这些结果提示肾神经在胆管结扎鼠钠潴留中发挥重要作用。 Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into four groups,the sham operated control(SO),the bilateral renal denervation(DNX),the common bile duct ligation(CBDL) and CBDL+DNX group, sixteen days after operation,plasma renin activity(PRA)and sodium metabolic balance were investigated.The results showed that there was no significant difference in various indices between DNXand SO groups,PRA was increased significantly in CBDL rats,sodium balance was obviously positivein CBDL group(+67.2±24.3%) which was significantly higher than other group(P<0.01),while there was not much change in sodium metabolism in CBDL+DNX group.These results indicated that renal nerves may play an important role in sodium retention in common bile duct ligated rats.
