赖氨酰氧化酶基因在动脉粥样硬化血管壁中的表达

摘要 [目的]观察赖氨酰氧化酶基因(LOX)在动脉粥样硬化血管壁中的表达情况.[方法]选取动脉粥样硬化(ATS)尸检标本,采用LOX抗体免疫组织化学染色方法观察LOX在ATS血管壁平滑肌细胞、胶原和弹性纤维等有形成分中的表达、分布及生物学行为与ATS的关系.[结果]LOX在动脉粥样硬化组织内呈阳性表达,其阳性例数为24例(68.6%),阴性为11例(31.4%).[结论]LOX在保持细胞外基质(ECM)的完整性中起重要作用,在ATS病变血管壁中有一定程度的表达,LOX活性的异常可导致ECM重建,从而可能促进ATS的形成. OBJECTIVE To study the expression of lysyl oxidase gene (LOX) in atherosclerotic artery METHODS Using autopsy specimen of atherosclerosis (ATS) and LOX antibody. It was observed and studied that the expression, distribution and biological activities of LOX in smooth muscle cells, collagen and elastin of atheromatous vascular wall and the relationship between LOX and pathological changes of ATS by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS The LOX was expressed in atherosclerotic artery, and total positive cases of LOX were 24 (68.6%), in which 11(31.4%) were negative, respectively. CONCLUSION LOX plays a important role in maintaining the structural integrity of ECM, expresses in the arterial wall of ATS, and abnormal LOX activities may contribute to the pathogenesis of ATS by remodeling the ECM .
