摘要
从能力的角度研究企业并购,是一个新的探索。本文初步讨论了企业并购能力的定义、并购能力研究的理论与实践意义、并购能力研究的思路等问题,明确了并购能力识别与衡量的基本方法。
It is a new way to study the Mergers ＆ Acquisitions of enterprise from the perspective of capability. This thesis discusses the definition of Mergers ＆ Acquisitions capability of enterprise , the theoretical and practical significance of the research on Mergers ＆ Acquisitions capability and the way to stud the Mergers ＆ Acquisitions capability. It puts forward the basic methods to identify and evaluate the Mergers ＆ Acquisitions capability.
