摘要
我国商务旅游产业真正实现健康快速发展,必须要促进产业融合,优化产业结构,创新产业组织。同时使商务旅游服务作为具有成本优势的产业环节融入其他产业的价值链。本文首先分析了商务旅游产业链的特征,进而指出,在信息化背景下商务旅游的产业融合出现在三个层面,即旅游服务(产品)层面、经营层面和产业层面。产业融合所要求的商务旅游组织创新是产业组织网络化、以组织接近为特征的产业集群化、产业组织模块化和部分商务链虚拟化。
In order to develop healthily and rapidly, China's business travel and tourism industry must promote industry amalgamation to optimize industry structure and innovate industry organization. At the same time, as the industry sector with cost advantage, business travel services should be harmoniously syncretized into the value chain of other industries. This paper first analyzes the characters of business travel and tourism industry links. Then it points out that under the background of informationization such industry amalgamation will be on three levels such as travel services (products) level, management level and industry level. The organizational innovation in business travel required for industry amalgamation will be industry organization networking, industry clustering characterized with organization approach, industry organization modularization and partial virtualization in business link.
