摘要
套管损坏是油气井生产中最常见的故障之一,油气井套管损坏后,轻者影响油气井正常生产,重者直接导致油气井过早报废。套管损坏后,地下异层水常常通过渗漏点灌入生产井筒,增大生产液柱回压,致使油气井减产,甚至停喷。如何有效地查找损坏套管的渗漏点,就成为修井堵漏的先决条件,塔里木H油田近年来套损井逐渐增多,油井大幅减产。我们在实践中应用静温梯度法准确地定位了套损井渗漏点,并以此指导油井井下修井作业,成功地解决套损导致油井停喷难题,使油井恢复生产,对类似油田的套损找漏堵漏具有指导意义。
Casing destroying is one of the most familiar malfunctions during oil and gas well production.After the casing is destroyed,slight destroying will affect the natural production of oil and gas wells,bad destroying will make wells abandon.Water of other layers generally enter into well bore through the place of leakage,enhancing the backpressure of production liquid column,result in wells production reduce,so much that production will stop.How to find out effectively the place of leakage of casing is the first condition of well workover and sealing leakage.In Tarim H oilfield,the wells whose casing is destroyed have increased in recent years,and the production of oil wells reduced heavily.During producing,we find out the the place of leakage of wells whose casing is destroyed exactly by using the rule of static temperature gradient,and make workover base on this,and solve the problem of wells production stopping due to casing destroying,make oil wells restore production,and offer a guide for finding leakage of casing destroyed in similar oil fields.
