摘要
提出了在酸性条件下左氧氟沙星-Ce(Ⅳ).Na2S2O4化学发光新体系,探讨了该化学发光体系的发光机理.建立了测定左氧氟沙星的流动注射化学发光分析新方法.方法的检出限为7×10^-9g/mL,线性范围为2×10^-8~6×10^-6g/mL,11次平行测定质量浓度为6×10^-7g/mL的左氧氟沙星.其相对标准偏差为2.0%.测定了左氧氟沙星注射液和片剂及血清和尿液中左氧氟沙星的含量,回收率为98.4%~103.7%.结果令人满意.
A new chemiluminescence system, levofloxacin-Ce(Ⅳ )-Na2S2O4-H2SO4, was developed for the determination of levofloxacin. The chemiluminescence mechanism of the system was discussed. A new chemiluminescence detection method combined with flow injection was described for the determination of levifloxacin in body fluid and pharmaceutical preparations, The detection limit for levofloxacin is 7 × 10^-9 g/mL, and the relative standard deviation (n = 11) is 2.0% at 6 × 10^-7 g/mL. The linear range is 2 × 10^- 8-6 × 10^- 6 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of levofloxacin in body fluid and pharmaceutical preparations ,with satisfactory results.
