摘要
本实验对CO_2潴留2天和5天大鼠及慢性缺O_2伴CO_2潴留1月大鼠的肾皮质和髓质带3蛋白mRNA表达水平进行了研究。结果表明,慢性高碳酸血症大鼠肾皮质和髓质带3蛋白mRNA水平明显增加,这种适应性改变也许可提高肾集合管闰细胞基底面带3蛋白阴离子转运功能,使重吸收增加,以代偿体内的酸碱失衡。它可能在慢性呼吸性酸中毒时,肾脏酸碱调节中起重要作用。
Kidney band 3 protein mRNA expression in chronic hypoxic rats withhypercapnia and the rats with CO2 retention for 2 or 5 days was invest igated.The resultsshowed that relative contents of kidney band 3 p rotein in chronic hypoxic rats withhypercapnia and the rats with CO2 retention for 2 or 5 days were significantly increase thanthat of the control group(P< 0.01).These findings suggested that the levels of kidney band 3protein mRNA increased in chronic hypercapnia rats.This adaptation nught increase kidneyband 3 protein anion transportation function and aceelerate the rate of reabsorptionand compensate acid-base imbalanee,which could play an important role in renalacid-base regulation.
