摘要
探讨了在生物表面活性剂作用下,微生物在土壤介质中迁移和在疏水性有机污染物表面吸附的机制,以及生物表面活性剂与微生物细胞膜的作用模式,初步揭示了生物表面活性剂改变污染物的生物可利用性而促进其降解的微生物机理。
In this paper, the microbial effects of biosurfactants in the remediation of the soil contaminated by hydrophobic organic compounds are given. The capability of biosurfactants to change the mobility and transportability of cells in the soil matrix as well as the microbial adhesion on the contaminants is reviewed. Finally, interaction mode of biosurfactants and cell membrane is also analyzed, and the mechanism of the biosurfactants to change the bioavailabilty and degradability of the contaminants in terms of the degradative microorganisms is basically revealed.
