摘要
6GyYγ射线照射后,实验组小鼠给予0.1ml/只·d ̄(-1)人脐血清腹腔注射,对照组小鼠代之以等量无菌生理盐水。动态观察了小鼠骨髓有核细胞计数、骨髓粒单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)产率、内源性和外源性脾结节(CFU-S)数目,结果表明人脐血清能在体内显著促进照射小鼠骨髓造血,提示人脐血清含有丰富的促造血活性物质。
The effects of human umbilical cord biood serum(HUCBS)on thehemato poiesis iii bone marrow of irradiated mice(6.0Gy)were sttidied.During the first 3days after sublethal irradiation,the miee of experimental group were administeredintraperitoneally 0.1ml human umbilical blood serum daily,and the control ones,the sameamount of sterile normal saIt solution. The nucleated cells,in bone marrow and endogenousCFU-Son the surfaee of spleen were counted on the 4th,7th,10th,15th day respectively. At the same time,the assessment of exogenous CFU-Swas prepared on the 4th,7th,10thday.The above indexes of the experimental mice are higher significantly than those of thecontrol.It is shown that HUCBS enhances apparently the restoration of bone marrowsuppression in uiuo. The results suggested that the existence of multifarious stimulating fac-tors which might enhanee the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow eells,especial-ly primitive ones,in uiuo.
