摘要
用BALB/c裸小鼠(nudemice,NM)复制鼻咽癌(nasopharyngealcarcinoma,NPC)模型,检测不同病期荷人NPCNM全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性,结果发现早期荷瘤鼠全血GSH-PX活性明显高于正常裸鼠(P<0.01),然后随着病情发展有所下降,但中或晚期荷瘤鼠全血GSH-PX活性仍高于正常水平(P<0.01).而荷瘤鼠在潜伏、早和中期全血CAT活性与正常裸鼠比较未见明显差异(P>0.05),仅在晚期荷瘤鼠全血CAT活性明显低于正常裸鼠(P<0.01).结果提示GSH-PX和CAT活性的改变与NPC的发生和发展有关。
Nasopharyngael carcinoma(NPC)n BALB/c nude nllce (NM) was reprodueed byhypodermic implanting hdman CNE-2 cell into right-side of axillary fossa.Alterations inactivities of blood glutathione peroxidase(GSH-pX) and catalase (CAT) were measured in thelatent,early,intermediate and advaneed phase(at 5,10,20 and 30 days following inocuiation ofCNE-2 cells respectively of NM bearing tumor in comparison with that of control group.Results indicated that in early phase GSH-PX activity increased sharpiy.This was followedby a steady decline in GSH-PX activity,but in intermediate or advanced phase GSH-PXactivity still increased more markdly than control group.While CAT activity decreased onlyin advaneed phase. In the latent or early or intermediate phase CAT activity had noapparent.alteration in comparison with the control group.Results suggested that there is arelationship between NPC and blood GSH-PX or CAT activity.
