摘要
在一台多缸柴油机上进行电控共轨系统的匹配,希望能满足欧Ⅲ的排放法规和低油耗的要求.通过试验,研究分析进气涡流强度、喷油嘴结构尺寸等参数对柴油机性能和排放的影响.试验结果表明,高压喷射时,随喷孔数增加,喷孔直径减少,颗粒排放显著下降,油耗降低,但NOx的排放增加.在匹配时对于喷嘴和涡流强度的选择都存在NOx和颗粒(PM)的权衡.
An electronically controlled common rail system was used in a multi -cylinder direction injection (DI) diesel engine for meeting the future Chinese emission legislation corresponding to the emission targets EURO Ⅲ and the requirement of lower fuel consumption. The influence of intake swirl, nozzle geometry on the emission and performance in a DI diesel was investigated. The result of examination shows that in the case of high injection pressure the paniculate emission can be decreased significantly and fuel consumption decreased too with increasing the number of nozzle hole and decreasing the size of nozzle hole,while NOx emission increased. There is a NOx and paniculate trade off relation when matching nozzle and intake swirl with a DI diesel.
