Analysis of the Output Characteristic of the Tower Crane's Winch

本文从起升工作的生产率角度,提出了一个与电动机功率最高利用率对应的塔式起重机起升机构的理想输出特性,并据之分析了常用电气调速、机械调速,以及电气与机械联合调速方法的意义和设计目标。

In this paper, an ideal output characteristic of the tower cranes winch, corresponding to the highest utilization of the motor power, is presented from the Point of view of the tower crane's production coefficient According to this, the significance of three kinds of speed regulation method, the common electric, the mechanical and the electric-mechanical speed regulation, as well as the design object, are analysised.
