The study of cold resistance of tea cultivar introduced by Shandong Province

摘要 本文选取山东引种茶树的2个品种:抗寒性较强的劲峰和抗寒性较弱的黄早作为材料,在冰冻胁迫条件下观察细胞、组织水平的结构变化,评价冻害的影响和受冻的原因,并且探讨了细胞内各种细胞器对冻害表现出的不同稳定性。 In this paper, two kinds of tea cultivar introduced by Shandong Province(including Jinfeng with the highest cold resistance and Huangyezao with the lowest cold resistance) were used. The structure changes of cell and tissne level were observed under the conditions of freezing. The cold influence and reasons of freezing were estimated. The different stutility in varions kinds of cellular organ expressed by freezing was investigated.
