摘要
观察了由两种不同膳食脂肪(玉米油和猪油)所致的高脂血症大鼠在添加硒以后其红细胞膜荧光偏振度(PO)、血浆和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量及血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活性的变化。结果表明:补硒组大鼠红细胞膜荧光偏振度(PO)明显下降:猪油加硒组(L+Se组)和玉米油加硒组(MO+Se组)荧光偏振度低于猪油组(L组)和玉米油组(MO组),均有显著性差异。与各自对照组比较,MDA含量在MO+Se组血浆及L+Se组肝脏中下降显著。加硒组血清TC、TG有减少趋势,GSH—PX活性显著提高。研究表明:补充硒能增加高脂血症大鼠红细胞膜的流动性,这可能与硒发挥了抗氧化剂和血脂调节剂的双重作用有关。
The effect of selenium on fluidity of erythrocyte membrane was studied inhyperlipidemia rats.Results showed that Se supplement caused major change in the degree ofthe fluorescence polarization (PO) of biomembrane. The PO value in the lard group was0.2823 ± 0.0190 while that in the lard and seleniuln group was 0.2570± 0.0200; the differencebetween these two groups was significant(P<0. 05).The PO value in the maize oilgroup was 0.2679 ± 0.0 11 9 while that in the maize oil and selenium group was 0.2348±0.0200; the differenee between these two groups was significant too(P<0.01).Themalonyldialdehyde(MDA)in liver of the lard and seleniun group and MDA in plasma ofthe maize oil and seleniun group were significatly lower when compared with that of the con-trol groups.The serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)in the Se-supplementedgroups tended to decrease. There was marked difference in GSH- PX activity between theSe-supplemented and the control groups(P<0.01).It was suggested that the increase ofthe fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in Se- supplemented rats might be related to thedecreased lipid peroxidation and the decreased blood lipids.
