摘要
目的:观察针刺敏感和不敏感大鼠胃经沿线脂肪条带结构上部分神经肽物质的变化。方法:针刺“后三里”穴,以热水甩尾测痛法筛选出针刺敏感和不敏感大鼠,并以放免法测定大鼠针刺侧胃经沿线脂肪条带结构上神经肽物质强啡肽、β-内啡肽、SP物质含量。结果:SP物质针刺敏感(1.57±0.49)与不敏感(3.19±1.43)经成组t检验比较,两者差异显著(P<0.05);DynA针刺敏感(23.08±8.61)与不敏感(54.63±23.39)经成组t检验比较,两者差异显著(P<0.05);β-内啡肽针刺敏感(19.08±7.42)与不敏感(42.70±26.91)经成组t检验比较,两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠针刺镇痛不敏感现象并非是脂肪条带结构上强啡肽和SP物质的水平低于针刺敏感大鼠所导致。
Objective: To observe the change of some neuropetide in fat strip structure along stomach meridian of Acupuncture-sensitive and Acupuncture-insensitive rats. Methods: Acupuncture ST36, then pick out Acupuncture-sensitive and Acupuncture-insensitive rats by hot water tail flick test assay, and take radioimmunoassay to measure the content of β-endrophin, dynorphin and substance P in acupunctured fat strip structure along stomach meridian of the rats. Results: Under group t-test : The value of substance P of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [ ( 1.57 ± 0.49) ] were significantly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [(3.19 ± 1.43) ] ( P 〈 0.05) ; The value of dynorphin of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [ (23.08 ± 8.61 ) ] were significantly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [ (54.63 ± 23.39) ] ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The value of β-eadrophin of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [ ( 19.08 ± 7.42) ] were not sigtfificaatly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [ (42.70 ± 26.91 ) ] ( P 〉 0.05 ) .Conclusions: The rats which were insensitive to analgesic acupuncture was not because their content of dynorphin and β-endrophin in strip structure lower than those of Acupuncture-sensitive ones.
