青钱柳中五环三萜成分的研究

Pentacyclic Triterpenoids from Rounduingfruit Cyclocarya(Cycocarya paliarus)

从胡桃科植物青钱柳Cyclocaryapaliarus的叶中首次分出3个五环三萜成分经理化常数和光谱分析分别鉴定为2α－hydroxyursolicacid（Ⅰ），3－oxo－2α，23－dihydroxyolean－12－en－28－oicacid（Ⅱ），arjunolicacid（Ⅲ），其中Ⅱ为一新化合物，命名为青钱柳酸B（cyclocaricacidB）。

Three pentacyclic triterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliarus Iljinsk. On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral data, they were identified as: 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (Ⅰ), 3-oxo-2α，23-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅱ)and arjunolic acid (Ⅲ). Ⅱis a new compound,named cyclocaric acid B. I and Ⅲ were obtained from this plant for the first time
