Analysis and Suggestion of TBT S Trade Effect during the Period of Growth and Maturity

国内的一些学者一般是从被动方(出口国)来分析技术性贸易壁垒的利和弊,或者是它的贸易效应,涉及到主动方(进口国)的研究却较少。基于此,从设置技术性贸易壁垒(简称“TBT”)的主动方着手,把TBT 的发展周期划分为成长期和成熟期两个阶段进行分析,并提出了我国政府和企业的作为。

Some domestic scholars and general from passive side to analyse the technical trade barriers＇ advantages, disadvantages and its trade effects. The study from the proactive side was relatively small. Based on these, this paper analysed TBT＇s developing cycle from growth and maturity periods, and provided the countermeasure of our government and enterprises.
