摘要
设计了一采用CCD数码相机原理对镜框、撑片及模版采样的系统;该系统通过CCD图像传感器采集镜框、撑片及模版的图像,经过图像处理,对边缘检测后的灰度图像通过灰度直方图法确定其边缘轮廓,整个系统采用数码相机成像原理,由像与物的关系,可知实物轮廓尺寸;介绍了系统的原理、组成及所得图像处理方法,给出了边缘检测的算法及系统的软件流程图;经过多次实验,此种检测方法得到的镜框尺寸与实物精确匹配,误差仅为1个像素。
The design used the principle of CCD digital camera to sampling the spectacles frame, the brace piece and the pattern plate. This system gathers spectacles frame, brace piece and pattern plate's images by CCD image sensor. After image processing , it can give their edge outline by the edge examination through the gradation histogram. The system uses the digital camera principle. By analyzing picture and object relations we can know the object outline size. The principle and component parts of the system, approach of image processing , methods of boundary edge inspecting and flow chart are given. Through a lot of experiments , the results from the design accurately match with object, the error is 1 pixel.
