从分析中小外贸企业供应链现状入手,探讨了供应链时代对中小外贸企业的五点新的要求,并根据其规模小、灵活性大等特点,对其供应链管理提出相应的建议。

This article starts with the analysis of the present supply chain of small foreign-trade enterprises, has discussed the five new requests to the small foreign-trade enterprises, and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the management of this kind of supply chain according to its characteristics.
