摘要
分析了超声波连续自动探伤系统的检测原理、硬件组成设计和软件设计思想,以及在焊管生产中的应用状况,该系统基于虚拟仪器技术并采用智能化探伤技术,以软件代替硬件,有效地避免了系统误报警,克服了超声波自动化检测中的缺陷种类难以识别的不足,实现了高精度焊缝自动跟踪检测,并做到误报率小于3%,漏报率为0。
Ultrasonic continual automatic inspection theory, system hardware composes design and software design thinking and application on welded pipe production are analyzed. The system adopted the technology of intelligent flaw detection and based on the technology of virtual instrument using software in place of hardware, its error in alarm can be effectively avoided. Overcome the insufficiency of the objection category nondescript in ultrasonic automatic inspection. Realizes the inspections of high accurate welded seam automatic tracking. Combine to attain the misinformation rate smaller 3%, fail to report the rate to 0.
