论新时期大学生勤工助学管理机制建设

To Discuss Management Mechanism's Construction of College Students Work-study Program in New Time

我国勤工助学工作面临新情况和新问题,需要建设一套新的大学生勤工助学管理机制。目前我国大学生勤工助学管理机制建设,需要从组织机构、实践基地、管理手段、监控机制、岗位建设、心理教育等六个方面进行全面综合的规划和治理。

Currently,we were faced with much more new problems than before on college students work-study program,which needed reconstruct a new set of management mechanism. Then,the author thought that at present we should do those things rationally as following, organization＇s construction,practice base,management ways,supervise mechanism,post construction and psychological education.
