Modern Psychoanalytic Theory and Humanism Management

现代精神分析学除了分析个体特殊的价值观、情感形成的原因、行动规律及如何使个体更健康的发展外,还有探索人类精神文化发展的本质及对个体行为影响的功能。从个体和文化角度讲,现代精神分析学和“人本管理”具有较大的兼容性,现代精神分析学对“人本管理”具有重要的理论指导作用。对现代精神分析学在人本管理中的应用进行了探讨。

Apart from approaching much healthier development on analyzing personal specific values, the reasons to form emotions as well as the action patterns, the modern psychoanalytic theory searches for the nature of human spirit in cultural development and the function on its action patterns. From the view of the person himself and his culture, psychoanalytic theory and ＂Humanism Management＂ have comparatively compatibility while psychoanalytic theory, on the other hand, has its important function on theory. This article concentrates on some applications in humanism management on psychoanalytic theory.
