摘要
在选定经济的刀具耐用度时,传统的机械加工工艺分析方法都考虑了大多数机床主轴转速是有级的。因此,有必要进一步考虑在机床上所实际得到的主轴转速来决定经济的切削速度。本文研究目的是给决定经济的主轴转速提供一介定量的规律。
It's well known that most main axle rotational speeds of machine tools have some grades by the traditional machinery machining technologic analysis method. when defining the durability of cutting tools economically. It's necessary making a congideration of how to use the practical main axle rotational speeds of machine tool to determine an economic cutting speed. In this article, a quantitative rule is provided for the determination of an economic main axle rotational speed.
