摘要
压力钢管外压稳定问题可以采用实时求解方法,实时求解的关键在于单元刚度矩阵的计算.通过分析柱壳单元刚度矩阵的组成,提出了用BP网络来实现单元刚度矩阵的实时计算方法,并采用模拟退火算法避免BP网络陷入局部极小点.用传统的有限元法和BP网络对同一算例进行求解,结果表明BP网络计算精度满足工程要求.
The problem in the stability of the penstock under external pressure can be solved in real-time. Computing the element stiffness matrix is the key of real-time computation. So the form of the cylinder shell element stiffness matrix is analyzed, a method of real-time computation of element stiffness matrix based on BP network is proposed, and simulated annealing is used to avoid local minimum. The element stiffness matrix is computed by using the traditional method and BP net respectively. The computation result by using BP net is in agreement with the traditional method.
