介绍了一种利用SolidWorks对煤斗复杂曲面的设计、展开与放样的方法,该方法首先利用放样折弯设计出煤斗壁的钣金件,然后利用展开钣金折弯的方法将钣金件展开,并建立了该展开件的工程图,从该工程图中可以测量得到用于放样的各种尺寸数据。
Introduces a method of design, flattening and stakingout of the complex surface of the coal scuttle using SelidWorks. Fimtly,tbe sheet metal part of the coal scuttle is designed with softed bend. Secondly, the sheet metal part is flattened with flattening sheet metal bends. Lastly, a new drawing of the flattened part is built, in which all the dimensions for takingout can be measured.
