摘要 气缸套是发动机的重要零件之一,通常是按流水线批量生产的,在它的CAD/CAPP系统开发中必须研究工艺系统中许多实际的细节问题,如工装夹具的选择和设计等。根据气缸套的结构特点和生产方式,设计了基于VC6.0和Solidworks的气缸套的三维定量化CAD/CAPP系统,并说明了其实现方法。 The air cylinder jacket is one of the important parts of the engine, generally it is produced in batches according to the pipelining, in the CAD/CAPP system development of this type of parts. Many particular questions such as the selection of frock and clamp or the reamer for process must be considered. According to the characters of this type of parts, a three dimensional and quantity determined CAD/CAPP system of the jacket parts are designed. They are based on Visual C + + 6.0 and Solidworks, the method of realization is illuminated.
