摘要
高精度的压力温度测量仪表的设计关键在于如何消除各种噪声,利用廉价的手段达到所需要的测量精度。ADuC847是AD公司新近推出的微转换芯片,利用其24位Σ-Δ模数转换器,设计高精度压力及温度测量仪表。本文首先简要介绍了ADuC847主要特点及各引脚功能,然后详细阐述如何设计高精度温度压力测量电路,并重点介绍了如何消除激励压力或温度传感器的恒流源以及恒压源的噪声对测量精度的影响。
The most important thing in designing high-precision temperature and press measuring instrument is how to reduce kinds of noise and designing expenditure. ADuC847 is a new MicroConverter of Analog Devices, Inc.. It has High resolution∑-△ADCs. In this article, the characteristic and application of ADuC847 are introduced firstly, after that the designing of measuring temperature and press circuit is clarified. The method of reducing noise in constant current supply and constant voltage supply is explained in detail.
