新型抗凋亡基因survivin在肺癌组织中表达及意义

Expression Significance of survivin Gene ofNew Inhibitor of Apoptosis in Lung Cancer

目的:探讨survivin蛋白在肺癌中表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测24例正常肺组织和46例肺癌survivin蛋白表达。结果:survivin在正常肺组织和肺癌中表达率分别为3/24(12.5%)和26/46(56.5%)(P<0.005),survivin基因表达与患者年龄、组织类型、细胞分化、临床分期及淋巴结转移无明显关联(P>0.05),survivin表达阳性的肺癌患者3年生存率较低,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:survivin基因表达上调与肺癌发生的早期过程有关,survivin表达可作为估计肺癌患者预后及术后综合治疗的生物学指标。

Objective： To investigate expression of survivin in lung cancer and its relationship to clinicopathology. Methods：Using S - P immunohistochemieal technique, we examined the expression of servivin in 24 cases normal lung tissues and 46 cases of lung cancer. Results ： The expression rates of survivin in normal lung tissues and lung cancer were 3/24 （ 12.5 % ）, 26/46 （56.5 % ）, respectively （ P 〈 0.005）. There was no relationship between survivin gene expression and age, histologie subtype, tumor grades, clinic stages, or lymph nodes metastasis （ P 〉 0.05） .The 3 - year survival rate was significantly lower in the patients with positve expression of survivin （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：These data suggest that up - regulation expression of servivin gene is assopciated with the early stage of the lung carcinogenesis, the expression of survivin can be taken as the biologial marker of prognosis and postoperative eomprehenhsive treatment of lung cancer.
