摘要
近年来,银行保险业务在我国逐年兴起,目前已成为我国寿险销售三大支柱之一。但与国外发达国家的银行保险已经进入第三、第四阶段相比,我国还处于"分销协议"的初级阶段。在进一步全面开展银保合作业务中,保险公司必然面对来自产品开发、营销渠道、法律政策、承保操作等方面的风险。根据银行保险的发展模式,结合我国现实,给出了在全面开展银保合作时的路径选择及应对措施。
In recent years bank insurance business is getting more and more prosperous, which has become one of the three backbones in the sale of life insurance in China. While the bank insurance in developed countries has already entered the third or the forth stages, China' s bank insurance is still at the preliminary stage of "the distribution agreement". In the further implementation of bank insurance cooperation, bank companies inevitably faces various risks in terms of product development, marketing channel, law and policy, underwriting operation. In accordance with the development pattern of bank insurance and China' s realities, the author of this paper introduces the path choices and countermeasures in the further implementation of bank insurance cooperation.
