摘要
目前,我国旅行社行业正面临着极大的机遇和挑战,尽管国内外旅行社竞争的直接表现是市场竞争,但归根到底还是人才的竞争。在其他行业,正常的人员流失一般在5%—10%左右,而当前旅游企业员工的流失率竟高达20%以上。面对这样的危机问题,应采取未雨绸缪、综合治理、归纳总结等措施加以解决。
Currently, travel service industry faces the tremendous opportunity and challenge, though domestic and international travel services' competition is market competition, Eventually, it is still the human resources competition. In other fields, the normal personnel run off generally about 5% - 10%, but tourism enterprise' s employee run off a rate up to 20%. Face such crisis problem, we should take precautions, tackle in a comprehensive way and implement other methods to solve the problems.
