我国民营企业买壳上市问题及对策分析

民营经济快速发展已逐渐成为我国经济的主要乃至中坚力量,而资金瓶颈却一直阻碍着民营经济进一步发展的步伐。由于制度的限制,越来越多民营企业通过买壳上市进入资本市场融通资金。对此,应正确认识和评价壳公司;正确选择中介机构;认真实施买壳前的调查;加强政策抉择;建立风险防范机制。

The rapid development of private economy has been the nucleus power of our national economic development. However, the lack of fund has always been the obstacles that prevent the private economy from further development. Because of the system limitution, more and more private corporations go public through buying shell corporation for obtaining funds.So,we should adopt a correct attitude towards such company, choose medium institute carefully,stress investigation before buying shell corporation, improve policy support, build up risk precautions system.
