胆总管结扎大鼠肾小球毛细血管区的变化

The changes of glomerular endocapillary region in obstructive jaundice rats

采用免疫组化技术,辅以形态观察,研究胆总管结扎鼠肾小球系膜细胞和系膜的变化。结果发现,肾小球系膜增殖、系膜增厚、有纤维连结蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原沉着,毛细血管内血栓形成,肾小球肿胀并压迫肾小囊,故可导致肾功能减退。

The aim of the present study is to assess the changes of glomerular endocapillary region in obstructive jaundice rats(n=60) by immunohistochemical and morphological observation. The findings included hypertrophy and hyperplasia of fundamental membrane with deposition of FN, LN and Ⅳ collagen, formation of thrombosis in capillary, swelling of glomerular and depressing of glomerular cyst, which resulted in disturbance of renal function.
