Our Chinese citizen culture has its own distillation and flaw. In the important time of socialistic democratic construction at present, it＇s necessary for us to be aware of the distance after comparison between China and other countries like America with mature citizen culture, so that we can derive some precious experience beneficial to Chinese characteristic citizen cultural construction.
