摘要
如何构建社会主义和谐社会,这是目前我国民族地区共同面临的时代主题。本文从民族自治地方立法的视角对此进行研究,较深刻地阐述了民族自治地方立法与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系及其对构建社会主义和谐社会的重要作用。
Construction of harmonious society of socialism is an epoch theme the nationalities regions of our China faced together at present. The article makes research on this theme from the angle of legislation of nationalities autonomous region, profoundly relates the relationship between legislation of nationalities autonomous region and Construction of harmonious society of socialism, and the important function on Construction of harmonious society of socialism.
