摘要
20世纪80年代中后期和90年代初开始,企业绩效评价体系进入了一个重要的创新时期。文章讨论了这一时期企业绩效评价体系创新的动力及其相互关系,行业主导大公司是主要推动力,学术界和政府机构、社会组织等也是重要动力,并在此基础上建立企业绩效评价体系创新的博弈论模式。企业改变外生性规则,实现测评指标体系创新;企业家变革企业内部制度,实现绩效评价体系创新。
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the corporate performance evaluation system came to an important innovation time. This article discusses the innovation power of corporat performance evaluation system and its reciprocity in this period. The leading company is the main propelling force, the academic circles and the government agency, the social organization are also the important power. And the innovation game theory pattern is established based on these, which including the corporation changing the exogenous rule for innovation of the evaluation target system, and the entrepreneur reforming the interior system of corporation for innovation of performance evaluation system.
