摘要
文章结合国有企业改革讨论了我国国有企业家实施年薪制,在年薪制的实施对象、企业家的选聘方式、职位消费、业绩考核、收入差距和精神激励等方面的问题,同时有针对性地提出了一些对策和建议。
After analyzing of designing mechanism of the annual salary principle based on Principle Agency Theory, this paper discusses the existing problems of implementing the annual salary principle in China's state -owned enterprises in its reform circumstances and provides some policy suggestions.
