摘要
企业的市场通路建设往往会出现厂家向经销商的“压货”现象。文章分析了“压货”产生的根源,探讨了“压货”现象给厂家、经销商带来的危害性。分别从厂家和经销商的角度提出了预防和控制“压货”的对策。
Enterprises in China always suffered the phenomenon of "pile - up of goods" in their sales channel The article analyzes the form, source and harmfulness of this phenomenon, and probes the methods of settling this question from the perspective of manufacturers and sales agents respectively.
